Your new Role
- Support our Logistics teams in aligning their needs with business growth objectives
- Conduct research and data analysis to understand and support improving logistics processes, growth strategies for new markets, and data-driven improvements for network efficiency
- Analyze business development KPIs to identify trends, identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence within the Logistics department
- Contribute to growth strategies and tenders to support international growth and operational scalability
- Conduct internal logistics system audits to ensure accurate implementation of contract details
Your Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (bachelor or master) in business, management, or a related field, with a strong interest in business development
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to conduct research and interpret logistics metrics
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel)
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of project-based tasks
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
- A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and contributing to international expansion efforts
