Company Description

At AUTO1, we are seeking a professional to join our team and lead global compensation and benefits analysis.

This role involves close collaboration with various teams and managing key data to drive strategic decisions.

Your new Role

- Compensation Analysis: Analyze compensation grades across all markets to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with compensation policies.
- Benchmarking: Coordinate local and international benchmarking efforts, supporting local market initiatives and analyzing the financial impact of proposed changes.
- Data Management: Collect compensation data and ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports.
- Insights & Reporting: Present detailed reports with actionable insights on compensation trends, pay equity, and market positioning when needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with People Teams, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation adjustments and retention strategies.

Your Skills

-Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Expertise in analyzing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, and interpreting market trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) or compensation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English and preferably at least one other European language.
