What you will do:

- Design and implement advanced B2B sales training programs.
- Travel frequently across Europe to deliver and support training.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional trainers.
- Oversee execution and evaluation of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with leaders to align training with business goals.
